Services

Transformation Journey

We can offer bespoke services to our clients based on where they are in their transformation journey, from guiding them through a selection and tender process, to remediating a stalled implementation. We treat each organisation independently and do not follow a prescribed ‘check list’, as we appreciate the requirements are always unique

Journey Start

In can be daunting looking at the start of a transformation journey, with numerous technologies, solutions, methodologies and vendors, to name a few of the considerations.

Organisations tend to have resources with limited understanding of the needs and complexities involved in delivering an ERP implementation. That is where we can step in and provide guidance throughout the business to ensure that the strategy and requirements are aligned from the leadership team down through the business. We can then articulate those into a dedicated information gathering and tendering process to find the best fit solution for the business.

Implementation Kick Off

So, you have selected the products and partners that will deliver your ERP transformation. Very quickly you will be expected to provide lots of detailed information to your partners, including:

  • System Design requirements, such as Chart of Accounts, Tax, Statutory Reporting, Management Reporting, Delegation of Authorities etc.
  • Data, such as Suppliers, Customers, Employees, Historic Balances, Transactions etc.
  • Integrations to legacy systems
  • Operational processes.

Do you have the right resources to respond to these needs in a timely manner? We can provide project management to ensure that you provide the deliverables that your vendors have asked for on time, which will avoid costly delays.

Project in Progress

Not all projects deliver the expected outcomes or run into problems during their delivery. This is where an independent review of the project can identify the root cause of the issue and put together a remediation plan.

We have experience of quickly reviewing projects and developing an action plan to overcome project issues and to reset the project onto a path to success.

Post Go Live

Once you have gone live with your new system, then the benefits should start to be realised. Sometimes the returns are not as great as organisations had originally expected. In addition the project never finishes as organisations need to constantly evolve to meet and changing world and market conditions.

We have the experience of helping organisations review and realise the returns that they see on their investment, whether that is through streamlining and improving the efficiencies of their current systems or identify bolt on technologies that will provide additional efficiencies to the existing platform.
